Although we love our customers and want to offer a great customer experience, please note that all orders for the resale collections are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There is a 3 day return on the 11.11 new merchandise buy only in cases of defect. You must return the item at your expense. No refunds. Please remember to double check the measurements to ensure a good fit.
